Ecommerce SUP Store Shopping
Our ecommerce shopping area provides you with valuable information on all our products. Take your time to select your item. If you require more information don’t hesitate to contact us before you make a purchase for some no-obligation friendly advice. We do not sell used goods. Whilst we make every endeavour to carry ample Starboard SUP stock at all times or have access to stock from the wholesaler, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period of time. Our current 2019 edition is available from April 2019 to November 2019 to take delivery – Orders have to placed & paid by 7th December 2018 for April 2019 delivery. Alternatively you can pick up your SUP board from Lodge on Loch Lomond directly in April 2019 when staying at the hotel with your complimentary 1 night stay inclusive of Bed & Breakfast for 2 guests – you can redeem your complimentary stay on any Monday to Thursday between October to March and includes the Graham or Munro room type only. *The complimentary stay will be forfeited if the SUP board order is cancelled 14 days prior to your booking at the Lodge on Loch Lomond hotel.
Freight Policy
If you have requested to take out indemnity insurance and the goods have been damaged or broken in transit then notify us immediately. You will bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods, unless we have agreed to insure the item, in which case we are liable to pay you only up to the limit of the agreed insurance. We do not cover return freight expenses on warranty or 7 day return claims. You will bear the risk of loss or damage to the returned goods, unless we have agreed to indemnity insurance for the item, in which case we are liable to pay you only up to the limit of the agreed insurance. You will always bear all risk of loss or damage arising in connection with the goods. We will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage arising from the supply of or failure to supply service (including deterioration, mis-delivery or failure to deliver goods), for any reason whatsoever including breach of contract and negligence. We and any agents and subcontractors used by us have the benefit of these exclusions and limitations of liability even if any loss or damage arises for any reason whatsoever. Whilst our couriers will make every endeavour to deliver your parcel, there may be instances where a collection card will be left. Should this occur, the onus will be on the customer to arrange collection or re-delivery with the courier. Unfortunately we are unable to accept re-delivery charges. Insurance will not be included on any items unless you instruct us to do so on checkout by requesting the insurance option.
VERY IMPORTANT– Before signing the drivers delivery receipt – you MUST Unpack and Inspect the board thoroughly or otherwise write ‘SUBJECT TO CHECK” on the Delivery Note & then check for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. All shipments are fully protected against damage PRIOR to you signing, however your signature constitutes your final acceptance of the merchandise “AS IS” from the freight company and releases them from any further responsibility. Absolutely no claims or returns can be made after final acceptance from the freight company so please be sure you are completely satisfied with your board prior to signing for it. If you have any questions or are not completely satisfied with the condition of your board upon arrival, call us immediately at +44 (0)1436 860201 and ask for Niall and refuse the shipment from the driver.
Refund Policy
Your concern is important to us and for that reason we ask that you notify us in writing with a copy of the invoice within seven days of delivery if you wish to return an item. No item shall be returned without prior agreement between the purchaser and The Lodge SUP Store. In the case of faulty goods we may ask you to return the item and all parts in their original packaging at your expense. All items will be refunded upon safe arrival and inspection that the goods have been returned in an unused and undamaged condition in the case of a return within 7 days, or that the goods are indeed faulty in the case of a warranty return.The complimentary stay will be forfeited if the SUP board order is cancelled 14 days prior to your booking at the Lodge on Loch Lomond hotel.
If you are unsatisfied with one of our Paddleboards for any reason. Return it within 7 days for a full refund.
* Refund excludes ALL freight costs and is provisional on the condition of the product when it is returned to the Lodge SUP Store.
Cancellation of orders
An order may be cancelled when THE LODGE SUP STORE is notified in writing before the order is sent. A 10% handling/processing fee will apply. If for some reason we cannot supply the product within two weeks no fees will be charged when the order is cancelled (excludes special order items). Please note special orders cannot be cancelled after goods are shipped from the Lodge SUP Store. Any refunds will be credited to the account on which the order was purchased. * The complimentary stay will also be forfeited if the SUP board order is cancelled 14 days prior to your stay at the Lodge on Loch Lomond hotel.

Pricing Policy
All prices are in British Pound Sterling £, inclusive of VAT and subject to change without notice.
Credit Card Payments
We accept Visa and Master Card only via Stripe Merchant payment. Payment options can be selected on checkout.
Paypal Payments
Paypal payment is available and can be selected on checkout. Items will not be dispatched until payment in full has cleared.
Bank Deposit Payments (TBA)
Bank deposit payment will be available shortly and can be selected on checkout. Items will not be dispatched until payment in full has cleared and is available in The Lodge SUP Store bank account.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
By using this website you have agreed to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland without regard to choice of law rules. Each user agrees to submit to personal jurisdiction in Scotland and United Kingdom and further agrees that any cause of action arising from or relating to the use of this site or this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court in Scotland.
