Our latest Coronavirus / COVID-19 update for our Restaurant & Bar
Given the Government announcement this evening unfortunately we have had to close our Restaurant & Bar with immediate effect. Anyone arriving for our Weddings today/tomorrow please continue to do so – any other guests whether that be for Restaurant or Overnight Room Bookings please do not arrive, we would ask for your understanding during this very challenging time and we hope to have further updates on our website as soon as possible.

UPDATE 12/06/2020
Unfortunately due to the extension of lock down the hotel will remain closed – the Government will be announcing new guidelines from 18th June that will outline any changes to the current situation and a way forward for the future and the reopening of hotels. The Tourism sector announced recently their plans for easing restrictions from 9th July 2020 and we look forward to being able to update further very soon.
UPDATE 01/05/2020
Unfortunately due to the extension of lock down the hotel will remain closed – our understanding is the Government will be announcing new guidelines from 18th June that will outline any changes to the current situation and a way forward for the future. We have a few of our team coming back into the business from 4th May who will be working on getting in touch with all customers who had a booking during the lock down period to resolve any outstanding matters (23rd March to 16th May as an interim start) – if you were due to stay during this time and if you haven’t already done so you can reach out via email to res@loch-lomond.co.uk and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. We would ask for patience during this time as we have quite a backlog to get through however rest assured once we have dealt with the current period we will then move onto the next in a date ordered process. Stay safe and well!
UPDATE 26/03/2020
The entire team of the hotel are now on Furlough Leave meaning they an unable to work during this interim period, they will also not be able to respond to enquiries/email replies as originally hoped – our overall aim is to be back on the 30th April however it is very much dependant on the development of the ongoing situation. Should we be able to reach out to you sooner than 30th April then we will endeavour to do so and as quickly as we possibly can. If there are any further Government restrictions which result in postponing or rescheduling bookings/dates then please do not worry we will work with you on this as soon as we return to get all arrangements moved over.
21/03/2020
To all our Customers, Supporters and Friends,
It is with very heavy hearts that we have made the decision to suspend trading at the Lodge on Loch Lomond & Inn on Loch Lomond as from 12 noon 21st March 2020 until further notice. We do however hope to reopen for business on Thursday 30th April 2020, but that is tentative depending on the ongoing situation.
We make this announcement to remove uncertainty regarding the immediate future. We make this decision to look after the health and safety of others, while also looking after the sustainability of our business and ways to support our team.
We believe it is the right thing to do, to protect our employees and customers.
Our events team will be contacting each wedding / function with the closest first. Please be patient. We will be in touch.
All confirmed accommodation bookings will be able to transfer across to a future date. Any vouchers including 3rd parties will be offered alternative dates. All others will be given a voucher on a future booking. Any queries you can email res@loch-lomond.co.uk
With our updated cancellation policy, you can book with confidence, knowing that you can amend your arrival dates & cancel up to 7 days before arrival up to and including 31 August 2020.
