Check out a recent article by the Evening Express about the Lodge on Loch Lomond and Surrounding area.
The national tourism agency describes Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park as “quite a big deal”.
That’s some wry understatement from VisitScotland.
The loch itself is a very big deal indeed, not just in size – only Loch Ness holds more water – but in terms of allure.
It may lack a Nessie but it does offer monster opportunities for recreation.
The adventure vibe ripples far beyond its banks where activities – shooting, mountain biking, even championship golf – are on offer.
